I have had problems with my crawl space retaining water leading to mold over the past several years. Attempted to correct problem last year with a company that did lousy work and made problems worse instead of better! Jason along with Alex and Matt were great! Jason explained what the problem was and how to fix in great detail making sure I understood.

When I first spoke with Jason with Pro Restoration he was nice and professional. He came out to our home in a timely manner. He explained everything to us in terms that we could understand the damage that was cause to out home. I could not have been happier that I chose to work with Pro Restoration as we first filed our claim back in May and it is now September. Pro Restoration was patience and worked with our insurance company that did not want to pay for our claim and gave use the run around for 4 months.
During the last 4 months Jason and Pro Restoration put in so much time and effect into working with us. At one point I was so upset with our insurance company but Jason and Pro Restoration understood my frustration and understood me but yet they stayed professional at all times.
